From One Shore to the Other : album

From One Shore to the Other is a celebration of the battles that humanity faces, and the diversity of our cultures.  From American folk to Spanish and Latin American sounds, from French songs to country music, this album questions issues of freedom, belonging, love for a homeland, and the vulnerability of our condition. Leonard Cohen, Brassens, Bob Dylan, Brel, Sylvio Rodriguez, Atahualpa Yupanqui, Moustaki, Joan Baez and others to sing about one’s liberty,  love, loss of a home, and one’s dream of a new one.
